The lodge-style home features 6 fully furnished guest rooms that boast full in-suite baths with heated tile floors and spa quality towels and robes. In addition to the guests' quarters, the home features 2 half baths, den/office, grand dining room, private meeting space, family room, living room and large laundry room.

The 8 acre vineyard that stretched across the property was first established in 2001 with four varieties of grapes to take advantage of the unparalleled fertile sedimentary soils of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Vines are all Pommard clones of Pinot Gris (0.75 acres), White Riesling (1.75 acres), Mller-Thurgau (0.75 acres) and the highly revered Pinot Noir (3.25 acres). The Lobenhaus vineyard is certified sustainable LIVE (Low Input Viticulture & Enology). With a shop/outbuilding and greenhouse, pond and spacious, manicured grounds, there is space aplenty for storage, recreation and hobby.
