Oceana, WV 24870(Wyoming County)

The Crany Clear Fork Property is a 58 acre fee hardwood timberland and mineral tract located on Clear Fork in the Oceana district of Wyoming County, West Virginia. The tract is approximately 7.5 miles northeast of Oceana West Virginia, and approximately 5.2 miles from the intersection of West Virginia State Route 85 and County Route 2. The property has approximately 1,525 feet (.29 miles) of road front access along County Route 2 and direct creek access on Clear Fork. There is a good stand of mature hardwood timber growing on the property; which provides an opportunity to generate income through the harvesting of timber. The property also offers multiple outdoor recreational opportunities such as hiking, bird watching, wildlife watching, wildlife photography, and large/small game hunting. Wyoming County is one of the four bow hunting only counties in West Virginia for white tailed deer. These counties have become synonymous with bow hunters for the opportunity to pursue and harvest mature trophy class bucks.
