If you leave Hurricane Wildlife Management Area and head east on highway 64 for just a few minutes you'll come across a bridge that takes you over the White River into Woodruff County. A glance north at the peak of the bridge will provide a great view of a little water way called Taylor Bay. It's well known by outdoor enthusiasts that frequent the area because of its' convenient location to the White River and the close proximity, by land or water, to thousands of acres of WMAs and NWRs. Along with all the ground to hunt from this location, you also get the added benefit of a great fishery in the River and Taylor Bay.

The space is limited and coveted along the Bay banks making this tract one we were really excited to offer. It's made up of approximately 2.5 acres, has a nice metal building that serves as the camp and a storage shed as well. Inside the building you'll find a sink, toilet and a wood burning stove to warm you and your gear on those colder days and nights. Its open area can be used for living space and storage or could be built-out to fit your needs.
The lot has plenty of space for your vehicles, trailers and campers so you can bring the whole crowd and enjoy that camp experience. It's minutes from Augusta where you can get groceries and fuel, visit Mighty White Marine (boat sales, repair or service, etc.) or take a quick trip to Gregory and enjoy a great dining experience at the Tamale Factory.
