118 +/- acres of farmland and leveed duck hunting timber located just East of Bayou DeView in Woodruff County, AR. If you look at the map and zoom out just a little you will notice that in addition to being near the Bayou DeView unit of the Cache River Refuge complex, you are just South of the Coca Cola woods. The current farm agreement is a 75/25 crop share. There is an 8" well (power unit is owned by the farmer) on the property that supplies water for the farmland on the East side of the woods.
