All construction and additions must be approved by an Architectural Committee. Cutting of trees is controlled. Cars must have a member or visitor sticker. There is only one entrance and exit from the community. Total community is about 600 acres and there are about 120 owners. Only about 1/3 of those are on the lake front. Nearest airport is Tyler, Texas which is approximately 45 minutes and the nearest hospital is Winnsboro - about 15 minutes.
