A large coastal field is found on the southeastern corner of the property, which takes up about a third of the total 80 acre tract. It has been well cared for and provides great grazing ground for cattle or other animals. The coastal field is fenced in a six-strand barbed wire. The residence is located near upper southwest quadrant of the property, along the western border. The remainder of the property is covered in native grasses and trees, where the northern end is more wooded, it makes for fantastic hunting land.
