THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER CONTRACT. This timbered tract has about 41 acres of 25 year-old loblolly pine plantation that has never been thinned. About 35 acres of the tract had a total harvest about three years ago. The remainder of the acreage (about 24 acres) is comprised of bottomland hardwood, which is sometimes referred to as a streamside management zone. There is not deeded access and can only be accessed via woods roads across adjacent landowner (a timber company) to arrive at the western boundary line near the southwestern corner. Seller will reserve 50% of all mineral rights owned.
