Moody Road Tract

Moody road tract is a conservation reserve that was converted from tillable farmland to planted timberland in 2007. Over its 12 years of growth, the young cypress and mass-producing oak trees have provided as a bedroom for deer as well as a resting area for ducks bouncing between two very populated wildlife management areas. This 192 +/- acre income producing tract is positioned in a unique location.... between Hurricane Lake WMA & Bald Knob Refuge, that combine to make up over 30,000 acres of awesome wildlife habitat.
