Recreation available 12 months a year on this tract. A brand new two story lodge greets you at the entrance and sits backed up to the water on the 23 acre reservoir. Beside it is the concrete launch ramp and dock. The reservoir was designed and built with trophy fishing in mind. It has rock structures, ridges, holes, timber arranged inside its levees and has been stocked and managed with quality fishing in mind.
The main shop building features enough insulated space inside to house several boats, atvs, waders, trucks...you name it. It also has a covered space on the reservoir side with a fish cleaning station, game hoist, water and power. There are a couple RV pads ready with hook ups if there isnt enough space in the lodge.
There are two other shops, one with central heat and air and living quarters giving more space to spread out and store equipment and entertain guests.

The property itself has a boat launch on Glade Creek, about 66 acres of impounded duck habitat to compliment the backwater areas that hold water naturally, about 57 acres of big Pine timber, a 22 acre field thats been leveed and control structure installed, food plots, a relift to replenish the reservoir (if needed) and to fill the field if you'd like to flood a food source.
