The ranch has two water wells providing a good supply of fresh water to cattle ran on the property. The north well on the hill has a solar panel and has worked great. The south well has an electric pump that has recently gone out and need to be replaced, but was working fine previously.

Wildlife native to the area include deer, quail, and other birds.
History:
OOver the years, the property has primarily been leased out to run cattle, but there are no cattle on the property now. In the past, the owner ran about 30 momma cows, 2 bulls and harvested between 200-250 bales from the love grass.
Improvements:
The perimeter of the property is fenced but needs some work in some spots. The cross fencing dividing the wheat, love, grass and native grass is all newer. All fencing is 5 strand barbed wire.
