The ranch has many different and unique aspects including timbered draws, open hillsides and mahogany ridges that keep the game on the ranch. Many springs and watering ponds are located across the ranch providing good water for livestock and game. There is a small dry land alfalfa field close to the fishing pond which is well "trimmed" all the time. There is plenty of room to expand the dry land alfalfa production which would only bring in more elk and deer. One such place is a field next to the lodge that has good soil and would take to alfalfa very well. There are also other locations that could be developed for other fishing ponds.
The access around the ranch is very good even though there are some steep places on the ranch. Many roads afford the owner good access to different places on the property. Most places can be accessed by an all terrain vehicle.
The lodge is very nice with sinks in most rooms offering privacy to the guests.
