This ranch is located adjacent to the vast Pierce Ranch to the north and the 7,200 acre Blue Creek Ranch to the west and south. Both the adjoining ranches, and the area in general, are well known for fabulous water fowl hunting. There are three duck ponds currently located on the ranch. Two of the duck ponds are approximately 38 acres and the other is about 7 acres.
In addition to duck hunting, there are deer and wild hog hunting in the timber areas and along the creek.

Located in the northwest corner of the ranch, adjacent to the entrance, is a lake which is approximately 39 acres. Presently the lake area is divided into 4 smaller ponds. The divide levees could easily be removed and converted into one large recreational lake for fishing, water skiing and other water sports.
WATER: There are several domestic water wells located on the ranch along with 3 irrigation wells. Two of the irrigation wells are in poor condition. The ground water in this area is very good and a new irrigation well could be drilled to supply additional water.

The ranch is game fenced on its west and south boundaries, as well as a portion of the eastern boundary. There is typical barbed wire fencing on the remainder of the ranch along with cross fencing.
