Deer Hunting on 143 acres of CRP and Mature Timber on Boeuf River
Hunt quality deer beside Beouf River in West Carroll Parish ! This tract, 143 acres, consists of 49 acres CRP pine and hardwood, paying $2,783 annually until 2022. Another 38 acres are planted hardwoods and 19 acres are in natural hardwoods and 33 acres are in mature hardwoods along Beouf River. There is a conservation plan in effect on part of the tract. This very diverse habitat keeps deer year round. Deer are known to travel the wooded banks of Boeuf River, which is a natural corridor.
