The farm has 91 acres with approximately 72 acres which are irrigated with two Valley Center Pivots. The land is mainly flat with some rolling areas. The views from the ranch are 360 degrees with the views of the magnificent Rocky Mountains to the west being spectacular.

OPERATIONS

The farm is and has been for many years, an alfalfa/hay producing operation on 72 irrigated acres. If desired, a new owner could utilize all or part of the acreage for other crops. No farm equipment is included in the sale.

The farm holds 10 shares of Burlington Ditch and Reservoir Co. and four shares of Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Co.
