Three creeks join on the southern half of the ranch producing fertile bottom-land with excellent brush variety and good tree covering of live oaks, cedar elms and mesquites. Los Olmos ranch is surrounded by large neighboring ranches of approximately 5,000 acres to the south, approximately 3,500 acres to the east and 1,800 acres to the west. A good road system accesses the ranch.

Wildlife: Native wildlife on the ranch is abundant with whitetail deer, javelina, hogs, quail and turkey. This portion of South Texas is famous for growing large whitetail bucks.
Water: The ranch has two ponds, two working windmills and three wet weather creeks; Dolores Creek, Venado Creek and Carrizitos Creek.
Improvements: A small hunting cabin is powered by generator with water being supplied from a well. Electricity is accessible.
Minerals: There are no minerals available and no production on the ranch.
