Garcia Ranch

The ranch is located in the far northeast corner of Webb county approximately 18 miles west of freer, and 32 miles East of Encinal. Accessed by Pintas Adami road, the ranch sits only 3 miles north of Hwy 44. The property has been owned and operated by the same family for over 30 years. This is a wonderful unimproved ranch located in a very desirable part of South Texas.

WILDLIFE:

All native species of game can be found on the property including whitetail, javelina, dove, quail, and bobcat. The property has not been hunted in several years. Multiple deer in the 150 160 BC range can be found on the ranch.

HABITAT/VEGITATION:

The ranch is comprised of habitat typical to the region. Native browse including guayacan, guajillo, black brush, coma, and granjeno can be found. The property is relatively flat with less than 30 feet of elevation change and comprised mostly of clay type soils.
