Only 1/4 mile from the east boundary of Capitol Reef, this fascinating stretch of land has all the requirements for the ideal place. Land with high points, very good water rights, pastures, a ranch cabin, 3 residential wells, cottonwoods and the beautiful Pleasant Creek. There are gorgeous long range high desert views of mountains, mesas, canyons, and the Waterpocket Fold. The contrast between the white sand stone, and the red desert next to the cottonwood-lined Pleasant Creek is gorgeous and rare. Totally dark skies at night, and incredible landscape in the day.
