There are no artificial features on the ranch other than the modest but adequate improvements, access roads, spring developments, ponds and streambed enhancements. The main home is situated at the base of Little Canyon Creek next to a large instream pond. From the deck of the home, there is a view of a magnificent waterfall with native trout, some upwards of 15 pounds. There are five additional cabins located throughout the property to accomodate guests, hunters and anglers.
The ranch has been thoughtfully improved with over 70 miles of roads suitable for ATVs and vehicles to allow access to all ends of the ranch.
