In addition, there is a 30 acre wetland pond that holds many Canada Geese, mallards, and wood ducks. Surrounding the pond are pockets of red-osier dogwood shrubs that add to the protection for all the wildlife. Beyond the high amount of birds that call this land home, there is also a solid number of local deer that frequent the property. Due to the easement in place, there is no building eligibility available.
