The 600 acre Dead Horse Ridge Recreation and Hunting Tract is located 2.5 miles north of Auction Property 104 Hepburn Creek. It is being offered in its entirety, or in two parcels of 160 acres and 440 acres. Sales of Parcels A and B are subject to total bids in the aggregate to equal, or exceed, the bulk Published Reserve Price of $197,500. The Tract has access from Dead Horse Ridge Road, and is primarily a ridgetop with both east- and west-facing steep slopes.
Parcel A is 160 acres with several sites that could be good locations for a base camp. It will qualify for two Landowner Preference Tags. The reserve price for Parcel A is $50,000.

Parcel B is 440 acres, with an estimated 300 acres as ridgetop and the balance in steep slopes containing some residual timber. A small seasonal pond is located in the middle of the tract, and would be a good location for a base camp. Dead Horse Creek is located in the northeastern section of the Tract. It will qualify for two Landowner Preference Tags. The property is unfenced, and is used as part of the USFS Grazing Permit. The reserve price for Parcel B is $147,500.
