Cedar Creek Hunting & Recreational Tract

The Cedar Creek Tract is located in Oakman, approximately two miles west of the Locust Fork of the Black Warrior River, 20 miles south of Jasper, and 40 miles north of Tuscaloosa. The tract is accessed from Tutwiler Road via a private road. The access is gated. The property features 3,000+/- feet of creek frontage and three food plots with room for several more. A majority of the timber was harvested four years ago and is regenerating naturally. However, approximately 50 acres of natural mixed timber remain, mostly in the areas flanking the creek system. There is also an old gas well located on the property that is no longer in use. The tract could be used for deer and turkey hunting, recreation, ATVs, and camping.
