There are 3 barns on the ranch. One has a 6 stall carport, an enclosed tool shed with work bench and storage area. The third was primarily used as a hay barn and is fully enclosed with tall double doors and 25 foot ceilings to store all kinds of ranch accessories, equipment and feed. Between two of the barns is a set of sturdy pipe pens built to contain livestock and wildlife. There is also a shooting range located near the bluff that the fortress backs up to.

All utilities are in place with a new shared well drilled last year that pumps 15 gallons per minute and provides ample, fast flowing water for the entire ranch. Four turbines along with wind rights convey.

Nearby attractions are the Devils River, Lake Amistad, and Amistad National Recreational Area for swimming, kayaking, fishing, camping and hiking. A short drive to Del Rio for a town run, great Mexican food and the international airport.
