The drive from Hwy 55 to this ranch is like a drive through a state park! The scenery is beautiful all the way to the ranch. A rustic cabin with electricity and a water catch system is near the front of the property and serves as an excellent hunting camp. There are several trails cut through the ranch allowing access to most of the property. A drive up several of these trails will reveal gorgeous, long ranch views! The topography is hilly but gradual enough to allow new roads to be cut if desired. There is very little light pollution and you will have spectacular views of the stars and the night skies!

Water: Water catch system in place. There is an old well on site but the condition is unknown and it is not being used.
Location: Down county road 415 about 6.5 miles outside of Campwood. Roughly 4 miles is paved road and the last +/- 2.5 miles is a good gravel road.
Wildlife: Whitetail, turkey, dove, hogs, aoudad, axis, fallow. There are some nice sized neighbors and this place is loaded with game!
