WATER: The ranch has a total of 6 water wells, 2 of which are irrigation wells. The 2 wells are believed to be 500 ft. deep and to produce 650 gallons per minute. Both wells are powered by John Deere diesel engines and water a 150 acre and a 90 acre field. The other 4 domestic wells provide water to the houses and water troughs. The house well is equipped with electric power submersible pump, Graffiti well has a solar powered submersible pump, and the Chin windmill and new well are equipped with generator powered well submersible pumps. There are 3-4 miles of water lines that pipe water around the ranch. French Creek is a seasonal creek that traverses through, holding pools of water in wet times.
WILDLIFE: The ranch has abundant wildlife including whitetail deer, turkey, javelina, hogs, quail and dove. Occasional free-ranging exotics roam the ranch, such as Aoudad. The ranch has a great whitetail deer herd due to the intense (3 MLD) management program over the past 8 years.
