The northern tract is in some gently rolling hills with a nice thick draw running through the property, but does seem to have more roads & oilfield traffic. The Southern Tract is located on the Northern Side of King Mountain. A Spring coming off of King Mountain feeds a dirt tank on the property that is around an acre when full, on wet years. This tract has beautiful views of the rocky rims all around the property and borders the Quail ranch which is now owned by ConocoPhillips.
