Clayton, NM 88415(Union County)

Apache Feeders is located five miles +/- east of Clayton, New Mexico on the Boise City Highway (Highway 54) thence two miles +/- north on Highway 406 (Kenton, Oklahoma highway) on the west side of the highway. There is approximately 813 total acres +/- with approximately 500 wet acres irrigated by four quarter mile pivot sprinklers. There are six wells on the property with four wells being used for irrigation, the fifth well being used for irrigation and/or to provide extra water to the feedyard with the sixth well being used all together in the feedyard. The feed yard is permitted to feed cattle with approximately 15,000 head capacity of the yard being used as part of a much larger permit. The basic facilities are well maintained with an up-to-date office, a combination truck and cattle scale located at the office, a dry-roll feed mill, several silage pits, many out buildings and large, round metal tanks for feed storage and pens with cement bunks and guard rail and cable construction.

This is a well maintained facility with a great location in cattle country with the ability to raise a portion of the feed requirements for the yard utilizing the farm ground available with the yard.

Ranchland located south and west of Clayton is also available to be combined with the feedyard and farms.
