Clayton, NM 88415(Union County)

The property has two pivot sprinklers. One covers 452.94 acres +/- and the other one covers 398.40 acres +/- consisting of a total 851 wet acres and 320 +/- dryland acres in the corners formed by the arc of the sprinklers. There are four irrigation wells that are tied together with underground pipeline that provides water for the sprinklers. There is a livestock well on the northwest part of the property that supplies water for livestock and wildlife with stock tanks located strategically on the property to provide water for both livestock and wildlife. The 800 acres +/- of Kiowa National Grassland is located just south of the property on the Kenton Highway in close proximity to the farm. This is a very productive farm for both farming and cattle production located just 8 miles +/- from Clayton, New Mexico.
