Mays Sofia Ranch
Located approximately 35 miles due west of Clayton, New Mexico, the Mays Sofia Ranch sits in the heart of northeastern New Mexico prime grazing ranch country. This ranch consists of 24,040 +/- deeded acres and approximately 2,927 State Lease acres, and is an excellent yearling or cow/calf ranch. It is divided into 17 pastures and has two sets of gathering and processing pens with scales. Water is provided by 29 working wells, including 22 windmills, six solar pumps, and one submersible well. Fences are mostly five-wire barbed wire and are in good condition. Improvements include one house that needs some remodeling and a 40 x 50 metal shop with a concrete floor.
