One can access the Ranch by either traveling South on Highway 120 from its junction with Highway 56 near Gladstone, or from Roy, New Mexico traveling northeast also on Highway 120.
The Ute Creek Canyon Ranch is situated near several historic New Mexico towns including Clayton, Springer, Roy and Raton.

The Ranch consists of large open grassy meadows with shallow to deep scenic canyons resulting from Ute Creek winding its way to Ute Lake and the Canadian River. Ute Creek provides year-round live water and through thousands of years has created large picturesque canyons out of the grassy prairie. In areas, the canyon is several hundred feet deep exposing the natural beauty of the red-rock cliffs and yellow limestone canyon walls. This ranch is a unique combination of beautiful expansive native grasslands and winding canyon terrain with plentiful water resources.
III. MINERALS
The Seller does not intend to retain any mineral rights Seller may own.
IV. WATER
Ute Creek Canyon Ranch has excellent water provided from Ute Creek and numerous springs, earthen dams and windmills. Potable water to the headquarters is provided by well with submersible pump and all water is reported to be of excellent quality.
V. CONSERVATION RESTRICTIONS
Seller intends to transfer title without a conservation easement and has priced the ranch accordingly.
