The O'Leno State Park is 10 miles west of Beville Estates. The park is located along the banks of the scenic Santa Fe River, a tributary of the Suwannee River. As the river courses through the park, it disappears underground and reemerges over three miles away in River Rise Preserve State Park. OLeno State Park offers visitors the opportunity to unwind in a natural setting. Visitors can enjoy a day of hiking or biking on the parks shaded trails. The Santa Fe River is a beautiful spot to launch a canoe or try your hand at fishing along its banks. Pavilions are located along the rivers edge, providing a serene backdrop for picnicking and relaxing.

Beville Estates - Lot 15 is mostly wooded in pine trees and located on a county maintained paved road. There are many families already calling the area home. There is no requirement or timetable to build. However when you decide to build it must be 1,000 square feet or larger. Modular homes and mobile homes are allowed providing they meet the minimum square footage and are 5 years or newer when initially placed on the land. Farm animals are permitted with the exception of pigs.
