Access is woods road via Tram Road. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-six (86) feet on Rosalie-Warnock, Sacul-Sawyer and fine sandy soils. Timber consists of 20 acres of native pine sawtimber. Terrain is gently rolling.

Based on inventory of 20 acres of merchantable timber, conducted by Kingwood Forestry in November, 2021, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:
