Tract Description: The Union County 30 Tract is described as the SE1/4 of the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 and the E1/2 of the SW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 5, Township 17 South, Range 14 West in Union County, Arkansas, containing 30 acres, more or less. The tract is located about 9.3 miles northeast of El Dorado, Arkansas off of Champagnolle Road. Timber on the tract consists of natural pine sawtimber and pine and hardwood pulpwood. The south and west property lines have white paint, but no existing lines were found on the north and east property lines, however, the is a timber type change at the north line . The topography of the property is gently rolling. The soils on the property consist of predominately Sacul-Sawyer complex soils with an excellent site index for Loblolly Pine of 90 Feet (base Age 50) per the NRCS Web Soil Survey.
