There is a six stall Log Horse Barn with tack room, feed room and shower stall with hot and cold water. The stalls and main aisle way are rubber matted. The 2nd aisle has a dirt floor that can be used as a small indoor turnout during inclement weather. The barn stays cool in summer and warm in winter.

Above the barn is a three Bedroom Apartment with Living Room, full bath with shower. The Aspen wood vaulted ceilings in the living room and the main bedroom give the cabin a great western feel. The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove and laundry area.

Next door to the barn is a sweet Log Guest Cabin with a shady front porch surrounded by Aspen trees, that overlook the pasture and mountains. It has a downstairs queen size bedroom with a sleeping loft. The sitting room and kitchen are open and cozy, with a propane heater for winter. The full bath has been recently remodeled. This cabin has been very popular with Airbnb rentals and is income producing. A controlled tributary of the Whiterocks river meanders through the entire north end of the property.

The barn corral and outdoor Riding/Roping Arena is pipe fenced, complete with WW team roping chute with return alley and holding pen. The footing is sand.

The two grass pastures near the barn are approximately 4 and 5 acres. They are fenced with six foot tall no climb wire. The South pasture area is 19 acres. Some or all of the pasture can be put up in beautiful grass hay. We get between 39-40 tons yearly off this and the hay field on West side of the ranch

The main hay grounds are connected to the lower pastures, separated by the driveway and a planted row of wildlife habitat. Across the driveway is the other 40 acres which includes 25 acres of hay field, hay barn with storage area and a food storage building. They sit close to a running stream at the back of the property. This is a nice shady spot to camp or park an RV. There are three ponds below the hay field, overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains and property. This spot would make a great future building site.

For the person craving their own workshop, there is a heated garage/studio that is 30 x 40. It has a finished interior with good lighting, cement flooring and an abundance of cabinets and workbench area.

It has a garage door to work on lawn mowers etc. or can be used as a garage. It could also easily be remodeled and used as living quarters.

Near the workshop is a hay barn with two useful storage buildings attached to each side. It is now used to store sawdust, 4 wheelers and some antique wagons.

Last but not least is the Main Home on the ranch. It is frame built with Log siding. There is a nice authentic western/rustic feel to the house inside and out. Two large picture windows in the living room display a wide assortment of the wildlife in the area, as they meander around the ranch. The downstairs is a nice open living and dining area. The shiplap walls, with painted ceiling beams and laminate wood flooring were recently remodeled. The Kitchen is rustic with log walls and ceiling. There is an electric range refrigerator and dishwasher. The Bathroom is also log, with large antique claw foot tub and shower.

The kitchen and bathroom would be easy to add onto by extending out the back of the house.

The upstairs is one large bedroom/sitting area with vaulted ceiling, Aspen wood and Log beams. The floor has recently been updated with laminate wood flooring. There is a large deck out the French doors with a great view of the mountains. Very secluded setting with no neighbors in sight!
