White perch (crappie) can also be caught from the Neches River when they are making their seasonal "run" up the river (February-April). Bank fishing from the the sandy white banks, bow fishing from flat bottom boats, running trotlines over the entire mile of river frontage; the fishing opportunities are endless at this property.
