Nice hunting camp set up in Tuscola County, SE of Caro. 10 acres, mostly wooded, gravel road frontage and includes a couple utility buildings. One is a barn style storage shed approximately 10 x 10 in size. This one has water and electric. The second one is approximately 10 x 12 and set up for relaxing after the hunt is over. This building has electric, heat, and A/C. There is an electrical outlet at the power pole giving a place to plug in the trailer. Theres also a water outlet on back of the storage shed where you can attach the hose from your trailer.

Trees are mostly poplar and cottonwood with plenty of possible tree stand locations. Lots of state game area land within a mile if you need more room for your hunters in camp. South of the property are expanses of farm lands providing lots of food for the critters. Good population of deer, turkey and small game using this land and surrounding area. Property will have seasonal wet spots from heavy rains and snow melts.
Property has a gravel drive from road back to buildings. It is gated and locked. Youll need an agent and an appointment to walk the land. Property has been surveyed and copies are available on request.
