Barns
There are two 10-stall barns on the property for a total of 20 stalls; each with panel runs. The main barn (to the left) and a MD Barn, to the right. The main barn is of custom wood construction, built 1998, with 10 12x12 wood sided stalls with pipe panel runs. The main barn has individual stall lights on timers, a full 12x12 tack room with sink and electric, and a large hay storage area that holds approx. 140 bales. The MD Barn is a 10-stall "mare motel" style with 10 12x12 stalls each with 12x12 runs, and a 12' center aisle. The entire barn is galvanized steel, with individual heavy pipe panel construction. The MD Barn has been customized with matching wood siding on the North and South walls. The MD Barn is modular, and can be disassembled and moved to another location. Both barns have water to the front of each barn.
Covered Arena
All steel, 80 x 120' Covered Riding Arena built by Superior Building Systems in 2001. Eave height is 16' clear span, fully lighted, and completely fenced with pipe panel fencing. It is footed for dressage and general riding, with a packed caliche subbase with 3" of washed builder sand footing. There are no rail ruts in the arena. There is a roofed ramp connecting the arena to the main barn for use in inclement weather. The Arena sits at the top of the hill, with wonderful hill country like views from the west side, and cooling breezes year round. The arena is also suitable for training reining and western pleasure and the western all-around disciplines.
