Bow season is most all of September and early January, Muzzle Loader is the last week of September and Any Legal Weapon is late October. This property should qualify for the NM EPlus Private Land Elk program although application must be made with the NMGF. Elk Hunters would have any 5 consecutive days from September 1st through December 31 to fill their tag.
Year round access is available via a private gate on Hwy 55. Electricity lines are at the highway and Domestic wells in the immediate area are approximately 150'. The property has a recent survey, no covenants or HOA. Trails throughout the property are two track and unimproved. The property is fenced in barbed wire with cedar and steel posts.
Schools, shopping, goods and services can all be found in under an hours drive within many locations such as Edgewood, Mountainair, Estancia and of course Albuquerque, NM.
