Central New Mexico Ranch

This property is in picturesque Central New Mexico. The mountain range of the Manzano Wilderness is to the west of the property. The property is thirteen miles southwest of Estancia, and ten miles north of Mountainair. Both Villages have Municipal Airports, restaurants, and shops.

The property is grassland with perimeter barbed wire fencing, in good condition. There are some interior fences on the larger tract that are in fair to poor condition. The northeast tract has a livestock well and a small shed. The larger tract has several small sheds and a set of gathering pens. There is a livestock well by the pens that supplies water to tanks in that area. There is a windmill towards the southeast side of the ranch.

All tracts are accessed by paved Highway 542. The northeast tract has County Road on the east side. There is County Road that comes up to the SE corner of the larger tract. The ...
