Description: This ranch ranges in topography from gently sloping hillside to steeper sloping high hills with headers and draws. Elevations range from 2100 feet to 2371 feet. Vegetation includes live oak, shin oak and moderate to heavy cedar. This habitat is excellent for both deer and turkey. Outside fences are good to excellent with the frontage along the county road on the east unfenced. A buyer will be required to fence that boundary which is approximately one mile. There are no cross fences. The property has one water well that is reported to have minimal capacity. The well is serviced by electricity and equipped with a submersible pump. Additional water has been furnished to a former grazing lessee by the Christoval Water District. The transfer of this water tap to a new owner of the Ranch would be probable.
