A lot of blood, sweat, and tears have gone into the sculpting, improvement, and management of this property. All water wells are tied together and provide abundant water for the house and all the barns on the property (over 2 miles of water lines exist). Some oil field activity exists on the property. One windmill sits atop one of the wells and sends water to a 12,000 gallon concrete tank. South fence line is high fenced.
