Location: Boggy Creek Ranch is approximately 10 miles northeast of Throckmorton, near Elbert. The ranch has access to State Highway 79 on the south and London Road along the west boundary. Both are good, paved roads.

Acreage: The acreage for this one is 275.4 acres, with the majority being in very heavily treed pasture. There is a 27 acre hay field on the east and another 17 acres cultivated field along London Road on the west which is used for wheat or hay grazer. The smaller field makes for some incredible dove hunting when the sunflowers come on strong!

There is one bathroom and a nicely done kitchen. The spiral staircase was designed and built by Joe Barrington who is a very well-known artist in Albany, Texas. Mr. Barrington also created the deer head sculpture near the ranch gate.
