We have available for acquisition a premier, seed handling facility located just North of Fairfield, Montana along Highway 89. The offering consists of a handling facility currently operated by the Seller under a Special Use Permit (SUP) granted by the US Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation (BOR). The structures and facility lie on 4.42 acres of BOR land and include 29 silos with 200,000 bushels of storage capacity and a 2,500 Bu/Hr. handling capacity. The complex has the ability, under new ownership, to apply for continuity of the same operation under a new SUP or a new owner could apply for a different use, subject to approval by BOR. Further, the BNSF Rail Line is adjacent to the west, offering the potential for access development and expansion into rail service.
