The tract is enrolled in WRP and has mature hardwood timber, several food plot areas and patches of thickets providing excellent habitat for deer. There is a high fence on the south and west boundaries belonging to a neighbor. These 4 sites are approx. 1.5 acres. The 5th site is approx. 2 acres and already has a nice 2500 square foot furnished camp built in 2002 with a large metal shed. It can be purchased with this tract at an additional cost. All camp site locations will also have an undivided ownership in the 5 acre stocked trophy bass lake with electric well.
