Henderson Auctions will sell Lot 1-1st, we will hold the bid and sell Lot 2, we will hold the bid, then we will combine Lots 1 & 2 (Lot 3) and if the total is higher than the individual sold prices of Lot 1 & 2 it will go to the Lot 3 bidder. This gives the buyer's that only want the mobile or the land the opportunity to bid but if a buyer wants the land and mobile home their total bid has to be higher than the individual bids on Lots 1 & 2.
