Alex city Tract
This is a well located and well blocked up tract, located in western Alex City. It is recently harvested timberland. There are numerous trees remaining on the Streamside Management Zones and where they were too close to structures to be safely cut.
There is a large city sewer line across the land from north to south. It appears to be well-drained and suitable for a variety of uses.
The land is zoned R1 along County Road and RR off the road. The Alex City website gives details on what uses are permitted in these zonings. There is a good chance that all or part of the tract could be re-zoned for a more intensive residential or other use that would be more valuable.
