Live Oak, FL 32060(Suwannee County)

The small retirement community of Dowling Park is located 2 miles west of the property. In Dowling Park you will find a grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and a paved boat ramp for the Suwannee River. The county seat, Live Oak, is 14 miles to the east. In Live Oak you will find Publix, Winn Dixie, Super Wal-Mart, Lowes, Tractor Supply, a hospital, and restaurants.

Ten miles north of 219th Road is the Suwannee River State Park. It is located at the intersection of the Suwannee and Withlacoochee rivers. This park is alive with history. Visitors can see remnants of a 19th-century steamship and two ghost towns that have been reclaimed by the sandhill wilderness, which is home to diverse and imperiled native species. There hiking trails, campground, cabin rentals, and a paved boat ramp.

The Suwannee River State Park is part of the Twin Rivers Wildlife Management Area which consists of more than 9,000 acres in 14 non-contiguous tracts in Madison, Hamilton, and Suwannee counties. There are areas designated for hunting, fishing, wildlife viewing, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, bicycling, and picnicking.

219th Road - Parcel B is located on the corner of a county maintained paved road and dirt road. Electricity is available to the front of the property. The property is heavily wooded, but we have cleared a drive way and home site area. There is no requirement or timetable to build. However when you decide to build it must be 650 square feet or larger. Modular homes and mobile homes are allowed providing they meet the minimum square footage and are 10 years of age or newer when initially placed on the land. Farm animals are permitted with the exception of pigs.
