The Ichetucknee Springs State Park is 15 miles to the East and a fun, family-friendly place to visit. People of all ages enjoy tubing down the river from May to September. The water is a constant 72 degrees. In addition to tubing, visitors can enjoy picnicking, snorkeling, canoeing, swimming, hiking, and wildlife viewing. Scuba diving is available daily in the Blue Hole only (you MUST be Cave Certified).

At One Eightieth Place you will find 4 beautiful five to six acre estates. The properties are mostly cleared with a few scattered trees. Each property has ample paved road frontage and electricity is available to the front of each lot at no cost to the buyer. There is no requirement or timetable to build. However when you decide to build it must be 1,000 square feet or larger. Modular homes and mobile homes are allowed providing they meet the minimum square footage and are 7 years of age or newer when initially placed on the land.
