Bond Road Ranch is a 224 +/- acre hunting and recreational ranch located approximately 9 miles southeast of Sonora along FM 1691. Terrain on the ranch has a gentle roll with a healthy selection of live oaks, juniper and mesquite trees. The current owner has made a conscience effort to avoid overgrazing, resulting in an abundance of thick native grasses. There is one stock tank located on the east end of the property that supplies water to livestock and wild game.
