Chalk Creek Meadows Ranch

Located 20 miles northeast of Park City, the Chalk Creek Meadows Ranch offers paved year round access, a private 1/2 mile section of Chalk Creek (a premium trout fishery for Browns and Cutthroats), and 50 acres of meadow and irrigated river bottoms. The ranch has several private canyons running up from the river bottoms that provide deer and elk hunting. A modest home and several shop buildings are located just off Chalk Creek Road, however the next owner can choose from a handful of exceptional building sites depending on their preference for being on the creek or up on one of three benches and hilltop plateau sites that offer some of the best views in the Chalk Creek drainage.
