There is also excellent hunting and a good trail system. Most of the tract is in timber that offers an additional investment opportunity.
Tract 4: 132 acres with a house, 3 barns, and a shed. The house is 2,140 sq. ft. and has 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 3 half baths. There is a kitchen, dining room, and living room with a gas fireplace. The view from the house is truly a 360 degree view as it sits on a plateau at 3,400 elevation.
